It is my favourite way to start and end a studio class with mantra. It links us into the practice that is indeed, ancient but also sacred. Recorded for thousands of years in our human history, we have gathered together in celebration through song and dance. We forget about it sometimes as a collective and find it when we attend a concert with our favourite artists, when we cheer for the same team, rip the dance floor up with friends or laugh over karaoke nights. So, we're bringing it back and I invite you all to sing along with me in class. Listed below are the lyrics to mantras that I sing regularily with you in class and their meaning. Looking forward to the next time we meet and get to sing together.
