Kate

Kate Mak loves to make yoga fun and accessible for all. Whether it’s your first class ever or your hundred something class, she is happy to welcome you to the mat.

She considers herself very lucky that yoga has allowed her to meet so many people from all walks of life, that it’s allowed her to travel around the world, and to be a part of somebody’s day, routine, and life.

Mynah School of Yoga is a passion of Kate where she is ever so lucky to co-lead yoga teacher training with Lauren Cowley and Brenda Rooney. It is a blessing to be a part of so many folks’ training and to be invited into such a profoundly sacred space.

Aside from loving yoga, Kate also loves her cat, plants, yummy food, and of course adventuring around the world.

She is looking forward to meet you on Sunday!

Cass

Cass Grose lives by the philosophy: “How you do anything is how you do everything.” This mindset inspires her to bring kindness, enthusiasm, and curiosity into every aspect of life - especially her Pilates practice.

With a background in Contemporary Dance, Cass was drawn to Pilates and Yoga as a natural extension of her movement journey. She’s certified in Mat, Reformer, Chair, Ladder Barrel, and Pre/Post Natal Pilates. She also holds a 200hr Vinyasa Yoga certification earned in 2017. Her diverse training has exposed her to a wide range of movement styles and perspectives, all of which inform her teaching today.

Cass approaches each session with the intention of meeting you exactly where you are - offering support, challenge, and care every step of the way!

She can’t wait to move with you soon!
